Description
Early 16th century dresses. The two dresses on left are closed in the back, the right one is closed in the front. The middle one has a split in the front of the dress, showing the front of the kirtle. The skirt have no support so they fall naturally. There are no corsets yet, a kirtle worn under the gown is used to shape the body and the bust line is slightly curved. They are all wearing different hoods and black parlets - those could be square necked, V-shaped or round.
I think the dresses give a bit of a princess-y vibe, with the flowing sleeves, natural silhouettes and simple hoods.
